Voxira AI Agent Developer Secai Raises $6.2M Series A to Scale Healthcare Automation

Health AI company Secai, based in Montreal, has raised $6.2 million in Series A funding to scale its core platforms, Voxira and NoteGen, commercially across Canada and the US. The company will use the proceeds for product development, enhancing engineering capabilities, and large-scale healthcare deployments. Thus, Secai will be ready for rapid growth in the North American market.

Secai is already on the right path, helping clinics across the continent and, notably, it was the first voice AI solution certified by Quebec’s Ministry of Health in August 2025. The company, supported by healthcare, focused investors, and strategic partners with clinical operation and EMR integration expertise, is scaling up just in time for the industry.

Healthcare systems are still grappling with administrative staff shortages and increasing operational burdens. Secai is the answer as it simplifies patient communication, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, and care coordination through automation. Thanks to Voxira, the voice reception and patient access automation have become completely self-sufficient. On the other hand, NoteGen is the documentation assistant that captures the clinical encounter in real time and integrates the structured documentation straight into EMR systems.

This new round of funding will enable a nationwide rollout, more thorough EMR integrations, and ongoing investigations into clinical reasoning and intelligent agent workflows. Secai is set to change the face of healthcare operations by marrying automation with real clinical use.
